Fortunately, it is simple, easy and takes no time. Let's go for the recipe;

Ingredients:

• 500 gm or 1lbs. chopped liver. • 4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced. • 3 bell green pepper, chopped. • 2 tomatoes, chopped. • 1 small chopped onion. • ½ tablespoon salt. • ½ tablespoon allspice. • ½ teaspoon cumin. • ¼ teaspoon red pepper. • 3 tablespoon vegetable oil. • ¼ cup of water.

Preparation:

• Mix the chopped liver with minced garlic. • In a frying pan, add oil over medium high heat. • When oil is hot, add chopped liver and minced garlic mixture then cook over medium high heat and stir until its color changes. • Over low heat, add the chopped pepper, tomato, onion, water, all seasonings and stir.

• Cover the pan and cook over low heat from 1 hr. to 1.5 hr.

• Cover the pan and cook over low heat from 1 hr. to 1.5 hr.
